Be on the way to achieving your goals with these easy steps
-Think intently on what you want to achieve and state your goal to yourself in one simple sentence.
-Choose a place in your home where you can be undisturbed and completely comfortable (lying down or sitting in a chair).
-Give yourself the following suggestion and set a time limit, ‘Exactly _______ minutes from now, my eyelids open automatically and I feel calm, rested and refreshed.’
-Once you’re relaxed, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. After each breath you take relax your muscles one by one.
- Count down from ten to one. As you become more and more relaxed you will go deeper into a trance.
-Repeat your goal and make it as vivid as possible in your imagination. Then simply let go. Trust that you have handed it over to your unconscious mind, and that this wise part of you will now solve the problem.
-Now count from ten to one to wake yourself out of the trance.
-A few minutes after awakening use this time to reinforce how relaxed and calm you feel, and how pleased you are that your unconscious mind is helping you reach your goal.

Tip #4 - Find the balance between school and free time

When I was 4 years old, I moved with my family from Fiji to Calgary Alberta, Canada. What I remember most about this move is thinking that The Great White North is truly an appropriate name. The snow and frigid climate were so foreign to me, but today the weather of Calgary is one of my favorite things. Calgary became my home very quickly, and the melting pot culture of Canada shaped me enormously as I grew up.
These days, I live in California with my wife and son, but Calgary will always have a place in my heart. I have had the great pleasure in my life of being able to travel all over the world and meet many amazing people, but I will always bleed red and white.

As a professional hypnotist who has been performing for 15 years, I have done hundreds of shows for thousands of students. I love being able to do shows for young people, creating an interactive experience that allows them to be the stars for a night in front of their friends and peers. That’s why I am so excited to be a part of the Grad Nite effort. It’s been a crazy busy nightly schedule!
Grad Nite’s are becoming more and more popular across the country, as parents, schools and organizations come together to create exciting and safe events for their high school seniors to celebrate the end of their final year of school. Grad Nite is a substance free, chaperoned, all night celebration, and I am both honored and thrilled to be a part of this movement.
I have always enjoyed entertaining people with my talents, and my number one priority with my show is to create a safe and fun space for my audience. I am so glad to participate in Grad Nite’s, and to be able to contribute to these wonderful and exhilarating events.

Every father remembers the first moment they held their child for the first time, and for me this is no different. The day my son, Sid, was born changed my life forever in the best of ways. Fatherhood is a challenge like nothing else in the world, from changing diaper after diaper to shaping yourself into the kind of role model you want your son to have.
I have traveled all over the world and seen so many incredible places, but my heart will always be at home in California with Sid. It’s a challenge, traveling as much I do, to spend as much time with my family as I’d like. So whenever I’m at home, my focus is 100% on family. It’s this time with my son that allows me to relax and regain the energy I need to perform again.
I am so amazingly thankful for the opportunities I’ve had in life, the way I’ve been able to make people laugh and change their lives with my gifts, but thing I’m most grateful for in this world will always be my son.

Hypnosis – FACT OR FICTION
Hypnosis can be a confusing or even divisive topic for many people - they see it as either a joke played off in popular media or a bunch of mystical mumbo jumbo. The truth is that hypnosis is very real, and done properly can be incredibly helpful and empowering. Let’s take a minute and separate Fact from Fiction.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind
FACT - Hypnosis is completely natural state of concentration and relaxation and has been used for hundreds of years.
In hypnosis you are asleep
FICTION - You are wide awake at all times.
You can’t remember what happened
FICTION - There isn’t any amnesia after hypnosis, you will remember everything that took place.
Hypnosis is not real
FICTION - Hypnosis has been the object of scientific study since its origin and subject to thousands of published scientific research studies. While there are elements that are not fully understood, there is no doubt that hypnosis is real.
People lose control under hypnosis
FICTION - People hypnotized have more control than in a normal state. they actually feel and experience things in their mind and have it feel completely real.
You Can Hypnotize Yourself
FACT - As a part of my empowerment workshop, I teach self-hypnosis and explain the benefits of honing such a skill.
